Blind nuts
Blind nuts
A type of nut used to fasten parts in locations that are difficult to access or where the other side of the part cannot be accessed. These nuts have a tubular body that is inserted into a hole and secured in place by a riveting or mechanical fastening process. The thread of the nut is located on the inside of the tubular body and is used to hold the part through a screw or bolt that is threaded into it.
