Shopping on our website is very simple. The first will be to enter the web and identify yourself as a client or to register as a new client

You can find an article on our website through three different methods:

• In the top menu you will find all FAMILIES (washers, pins, screws, etc…) and GROUPINGS by form or functionality.

                   Within each category you can see all the din/isos associated to this category:

• It also has a very powerful search engine called “SEARCH BY FILTERS” in which you will be able to search the elements by filtering according to DIN/ISO STANDARDS, etc., located on the top right of the web.

• You can also do searches by product code, always using the numbers indicated before the script.

For regular customers, under previously agreed conditions.

In the Iberian Peninsula for orders/shipments > 700€ (without VAT) and > 400€ (without VAT) in the Basque Country

All other orders/shipments

The date of departure of goods from our facilities, which is not the date of delivery (depending on the destination and will be 24-48-72 hours after departure), shall correspond to the one previously mentioned in each item line.

For orders containing different departure dates, the shipment shall always be carried out at the latest date, unless otherwise specified.

By traditional means such as e-mail or telephone: Minimum order 50€ and minimum quantity to be served = 1 CASE x SIZE or 8€ per line.

Online VIA WEBSHOP, with USER LOGIN and password: Minimum quantity to serve = 1 CASE x SIZE or 8€ per line.

• To create a budget, simply follow the same steps you would take when making an online purchase. First, add the items you want to your cart and, once you've selected all the products, click on the button that says "Process order/budget"
